Here is one of the 50 questionaires. I chose questions where i could establish what is the most common price people would pay for a music magazine, where would they buy a music magazine from?, what types of music do they listen too?

The questions I used were very useful to me asfrom the answers i was able to establish what genre i should make my magazine , what price and also to give away a free gift/Offer.

Layout of the page - busy , one main picture

•Typeface /Font - capitals , bold , italic

•Size quality - large main picture

•Cropping of the photos - cropped to show face

•How photos relate to stories - main headline with pictures

•Size of cover lines -more important stories have bigger font

•Key words - eye catching

There are many different varieties of magazines to choose from , whethers its something to do with horses to gardening to celebrity gossip , there is a magazine to suit everyones magazine needs.

Harry Potter = Analysing two Harry Potter

They designed two covers to suit peoples taste. Cover one is set to appeal to younger audience, we know this because cover 2 is bright red, a cartoon image and over all looks more interesting . However image 1 is set to appeal to the elder generation as there is only a black and white image of a black and white train and a simple orange boarder with ‘Harry Potter’ .
